Winter is accepted as a season that gives sadness, gloom and domination of cold on the earth. In contrast, the spring season is the time that awakening of nature and the earth’s dressing up with flowers. However, when human life is classified, spring is the youth, summer is the prime, fall is transition from the prime to old age and the winter is old age. With the old age we approach the stage refers to the death. Spring season is used the most time the spring of poems (bahariye) as a subject. In the spring of poems are expressed the elements of the spring, changes of the nature with the arrival of spring with rhetoric (simile, metaphor, husn-i talil, association between the meanings of words, hyperbole, etc). In classical literature, spring season is the most mentioned season by the poets. In the study, two poets’ poems will be compared the point of the prosody, rhyme, and subject.
