Abstract
Kişi adları, ön kabulle oluşmuş ve toplumsal yaklaşımlarla harmanlanmış bir ses-anlam örüntüsüne sahiptir. Bunlar yüzyılların gelenek ve sosyal beğeni çerçevesinin sınırlandırdığı imkânlarla günümüze ulaşan dil-kültür unsurlarındandır. Bu yüzden kişi adlarının, tabiat, inanç, sosyal ve fiziki çevre, insanî ve toplumsal ilişkiler ağı gibi birbirinden farklı unsurlarla kurulu bağları olduğu kabul edilebilir bir gerçekliktir. Önlenemez sosyal değişim ve gelişim karşısında ad verme geleneğinin idrak ettiği evrim izlerinin kişi adları üzerinden takibi ve tespit edilmiş anlamların kaydedilmesi önemlidir. Bu itibarla Anadolu Türkçesiyle Ulupamir halkının bağlı olduğu Orta Asya Türk dilinin karşılıklı tesirleri sonrası kişi adı kapsamındaki yerel sözcüklerin içinde bulunduğu hâl ve anlam bilgisine ulaşma amacı doğrultusunda bir sözlük denemesi tasarlanmış; anlamla ilgili değişimleri yerinde belirleme maksadıyla saha kaynaklı verilere öncelik tanınmıştır. Çalışmadaki amaç Van-Erciş bölgesine yerleşmiş Anadolu Kırgızlarına özgü kültürel mirasa, ad tasarrufları açısından ulaşabilmek ve kişi adlarının ses-anlam özelliklerini sözlük boyutunda ele alabilmektir. Kelime-anlam çözümlemeleri üzerine kurgulanmış çalışmada anket ve görüşme modeline dayalı incelemeler ön görülmüş ve ağırlıklı olarak betimsel yaklaşımlar tercih edilmiştir. Bulguların saptanmasında rastlantısal seçme işlemi ile oluşturulan örnekleme grubu verileri kullanılmıştır. Kişi adlandırmalarına tedahül etmiş kültürel etkiler, sosyal yönlü pek çok disiplinin ilgi alanına uyumlu kaynak çeşitliliği barındırmaktadır. Ad koymada kullanılan sözcüklerin anlamsal görünümlerine dikkat çekmek istenen bu yazıda Türk onomastiğinin değerlendirilmesine veri katkısı sağlama amacı gözetilirken dil bilimiyle ilintili çalışmalar yanı sıra sosyal araştırmalara da fayda sunabilme önemsenmiştir.

Abstract
Names include a sound-meaning relation that is formed with presupposition and blended with social approaches. These are shaped or evolved according to each community’s own traditions and beliefs and they arrive to our age within the frames of hundreds years of traditions and social taste. It is important to follow the traces of evolving in the naming traditions through the person’s names that comes with the social change and developments and it also has importance to keep the records of the meanings of these names. In this respect we attempted to design a glossary to have the knowledge of state and meaning of the local words after the mutual effects of Anatolian Turkish and the Central Asian Turkic language, with which the people of Ulupamir have ties, to each other. In order to determine the loss of meaning and the changes in sound and meaning data that originates from the field is considered important. The aim of the study is to present the contemporary sound-meaning features of the person’s name as a glossary in order to reach to the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people from Van province Erciş region via naming traditions. The research is conducted with surveys and interviews and is mostly pursued with descriptive studies and the data used is maintained from the sample group formed by random choice. The cultural influences that are intertwined with the naming traditions contains rich sources that can be helpful for many social discipline. In this writing that draws attention to the semantics of the words that are used in naming the aim was to provide data for the evaluation of the Turkic onomastics and it was deemed important to contribute to the disciplines that are related to linguistics as well as contributing to the social researches.
