General Eligibility Criteria to Apply for the University of Ilesa Post UTME Form 2025/2026
To be eligible for the post-UTME screening form, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must have scored 160 or above in the 2025 UTME.
- Candidates must have selected UNILESA as their first-choice institution on JAMB CAPS.
- If you did not choose UNILESA initially, just log in to the JAMB portal and change your first-choice institution to UNILESA before applying.
- You need at least five (5) credit passes, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings from any of WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent (including Arabic and Islamic certs).
- You must be 16 years old or older by September 30, 2025.
- Be sure you choose the correct subject combination for your intended course.
For Direct Entry (DE) Applicants
- Candidates who already have a diploma, NCE, or A-level qualifications are eligible to apply.
- Apply via the JAMB Direct Entry platform using the JAMB guidelines.
- UNILESA will process your application based on approved criteria.

- Register and fill out the Post-UTME screening form online.
- Pay the non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 (excluding bank/portal charges).
