UTME Candidates

You must have chosen KOMU as your first-choice institution during your 2025 UTME registration.
If you did not choose KOMU originally but have scored 150 and above, you can still apply, but only after changing your institution to KOMU on the JAMB CAPS portal.
If you changed to KOMU as your first-choice institution after the UTME, please note that you may not be considered for certain competitive programmes like Medicine, Nursing, Law, and Medical Laboratory Science.
You must have scored at least 150 in your UTME.
Note that some departments have higher cut-off marks. Candidates are strongly advised to check and confirm the specific cut-off mark required for their chosen course before applying.

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates

You must possess a relevant qualification such as OND, HND, A’Level, or a First Degree in a related field.

Bring it along on the screening day at the University.

If you’ve forgotten your Application Number, follow these steps to retrieve it:-

Visit www.komu.edu.ng
Click on “Online Application”
Select “Apply Online” and read the instructions
Click on “Click here to Apply”
Click “Continue Previous Admission Process”
Enter your JAMB Registration Number
Click “Continue Application Process” to recover your application details.

The 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University will be based strictly on your verified JAMB score and your O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB) that have been uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal.
