Ebonyi State University Post UTME Form 2025/2026

Ebonyi State University Post UTME Screening Form is on sale. This is to inform all candidates that the Ebonyi State University (EBSU), Abakaliki, has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 academic session.

If you chose EBSU as your first choice in the 2025 JAMB UTME or you are willing to change your institution to EBSU, and you scored 150 or above in the UTME, you are eligible to apply for the EBSU Post UTME Form 2025/2026. The application process begins on July 14, 2025, and will close on August 14, 2025. Both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates are invited to apply.

The Ebonyi State University Post-UTME screening application is to be completed online via the official EBSU portal. The screening fee is N2,000 (two thousand Naira only) and is non-refundable.

Eligibility Requirements for the EBSU Post UTME Form 2025/2026

If you are interested in applying for any of the courses offered by EBSU, make sure you meet the requirements for your preferred mode of entry. These are the requirements you must meet before applying for Ebonyi State University Post UTME Form 2025-

UTME Candidates

Must have scored at least 150 in the 2025 UTME.
Must have selected EBSU as first choice, or be willing to change to EBSU.
Must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings. Candidates awaiting WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB 2025 results can also apply.
Your details must be consistent across all documents. Any mismatch in name or credentials can lead to disqualification.

Direct Entry Candidates

Must have chosen EBSU as their first choice or are ready to switch to EBSU.
Required to participate in the online screening process like UTME candidates.
Must ensure their institutions verify their A-level results on the JAMB portal for EBSU to recommend them for admission.

Note: All candidates must upload their O’Level (and A-Level for DE) results on both the EBSU portal and the JAMB CAPS. Physical screening is not required.

How to Apply for Ebonyi State University Post-UTME Form 2025/2026

Candidates who have verified that they meet the eligibility criteria should follow the steps below to apply for the EBSU Post-UTME or Direct Entry screening form successfully:-

Go to the official EBSU website.
Scroll down to the Quick Menu and click on Online Application Forms.
Select the appropriate form, either Post-UTME or Direct Entry, depending on your mode of entry.
Enter your JAMB Registration Number accurately.
Click on Login to generate your payment invoice.
Proceed to make payment of N2,000 either at any commercial bank or online using your debit card.
After successful payment, revisit the portal and complete the application form with your correct personal and academic details.
Ensure that you use your valid personal phone number and email address during registration, as these will be used for communication purposes.
