NECO BECE Timetable For JSS3 Candidates 2025

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has officially announced that the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) for Junior Secondary School (JSS3) students will commence on Monday, 12 May, and end on Friday, 23 May 2025.

NECO 2025 BECE Examination Guidelines

Candidates and schools should take note of the following:-

• Every candidate must come to the examination hall with a valid photocard. This serves as an essential means of identification and must be presented before taking any paper.
• Candidates are strictly prohibited from bringing electronic communication gadgets into the examination hall. This includes:-

• Mobile phones
• Programmable calculators
• Smart watches or any device capable of storing or transmitting information

• All candidates must adhere to the examination rules and conduct themselves appropriately. Any form of malpractice or violation of examination regulations may lead to disqualification.
