All candidates must meet these conditions to be eligible for the University of Port Harcourt Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session:-
- All applicants must be at least 16 years old by September 2025 to be eligible for admission.
- Only candidates who chose UNIPORT as their First Choice in the 2025 UTME are eligible. If you initially selected UNIPORT as your Second Choice, you must change it to First Choice on the JAMB portal before you can apply.

- Go to the official application portal at utmedetails.uniport.edu.ng and carefully follow the registration instructions.
- Enter your UTME Registration Number to confirm that your UTME details have already been pre-loaded by the school.
- Generate a Remita Payment Code. You can choose to:
- Pay online using your ATM (MasterCard, Visa, or Verve), OR
- Print the payment slip and take it to any of the listed banks: Access Bank, EcoBank, Fidelity Bank, First Bank, FCMB, UBA, or Uniport-Choba Microfinance Bank.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₦2,000 only.
- After payment, you’ll be given a Remita Receipt containing an Access Code. This code confirms that your payment was successful.
- Go back to the registration portal, log in again using your UTME Registration Number and the Access Code to continue.
