This means the university has opened its admission portal once again to welcome applications from qualified candidates who chose UNIPORT as their first choice during the 2025 UTME and are interested in studying any of its undergraduate courses.

Eligibility Requirements for UNIPORT Post UTME 2025/2026

All candidates must meet these conditions to be eligible for the University of Port Harcourt Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session:-

• All applicants must be at least 16 years old by September 2025 to be eligible for admission.
• Only candidates who chose UNIPORT as their First Choice in the 2025 UTME are eligible. If you initially selected UNIPORT as your Second Choice, you must change it to First Choice on the JAMB portal before you can apply.
• You must have scored 150 or above in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
• Your O’Level results must be uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal. Failure to do this will lead to disqualification.
• Your name and photograph on your registration slip must match those on your O’Level certificate and UTME result. Any inconsistency in these details may lead to disqualification.
• Use your own valid phone number and email address when filling out the registration form, as this will be used for official communication.

How to Apply for UNIPORT Post UTME Form 2025/2026

If you have confirmed that you’re eligible for admission into the University of Port Harcourt, here’s how to successfully apply for the University of Port Harcourt Post-UTME Screening Form 2025:

• Go to the official application portal at utmedetails.uniport.edu.ng and carefully follow the registration instructions.
• Enter your UTME Registration Number to confirm that your UTME details have already been pre-loaded by the school.
• Generate a Remita Payment Code. You can choose to:

• Pay online using your ATM (MasterCard, Visa, or Verve), OR
• Print the payment slip and take it to any of the listed banks: Access Bank, EcoBank, Fidelity Bank, First Bank, FCMB, UBA, or Uniport-Choba Microfinance Bank.

• Pay the non-refundable registration fee of ₦2,000 only.
•  After payment, you’ll be given a Remita Receipt containing an Access Code. This code confirms that your payment was successful.
• Go back to the registration portal, log in again using your UTME Registration Number and the Access Code to continue.
• Fill out the application form with the required details. If you’re still waiting for your O’Level results, make sure to tick the box that indicates this.
• Once youhave completed the form, click Submit, then print your Registration Slip. This slip is important, keep it safe, as you’ll need it for the screening.

UNIPORT Post-UTME Screening Guidelines

To avoid disqualification and ensure a smooth screening experience, candidates are expected to follow these instructions strictly:-

• Your name and photo on the registration slip must match the details on your O’Level result, UTME result, and other documents. Inconsistencies will not be accepted.
• Don’t Bring Gadgets: Mobile phones, iPads, iPods, Walkmans, or any similar devices are strictly prohibited at the screening venue.
• Once the schedule is released, ensure you arrive at the correct venue on time. Missing your appointment can lead to disqualification.
